My story of self-transformation
I’m still writing. But my story is now complete. I’ve broken it down into seven bite sized ‘chapters’ to give you an overview of the stages I went through, and the techniques I used to interrupt my habit of spiralling into negativity and depression, without medication.
I give you examples of all my stumbles and misapplications. I discuss the processes I used to discover my unique qualities and talents and how I can best contribute to the world. I talk about how I learnt to recognise the distractions and noise in my life, and the ways I used to eliminate them one-by-one.
I explore the methods I used to acknowledge and honour my feelings, and process painful emotions I’d been repressing. I reveal the tools I used to overcome my negative self-talk, fears and doubts. I share the steps I’m taking to build a life centred around the things that are most meaningful to me. I’ll keep you posted on how the changes I’ve made (and am still making) on the inside that are manifesting in my outer world.
I keep my story short and punchy because this site isn’t meant to be all about me. Really it’s my way of acknowledging the people that changed my life, and most importantly connect you with them.
So I’ve now turned my focus to writing about them – my teachers. My intention is to introduce each one and explain how they impacted my life and at what stage.
Enough for now. Back to it!
