Our work together is ultimately about uncovering who you really are at your very core, and getting really clear about what is most meaningful to you and what you’d like to create in your life. Once we’ve established that, I’ll guide you through the physical steps required to safely express your untethered self, so you can build a fulfilling life that you love.

Embodying your life purpose and living in alignment with your purpose and your passions is the key to eradicating depression. Using the emotional release and belief change techniques I prescribe and offer will not only alleviate your anxiety and stress, but will also allow you to experience improvements and breakthroughs in the areas of life that you’ve found to be the most challenging.

My approach

Although we will be traversing a relatively predetermined path, sessions are tailored to meet you where you are at during each stage of your transformational journey. Because there is no one cure-all method (some processes work for some people and situations and not others) I take a multi-disciplinary approach. I’ve found that we often need different tools and modalities at various times, depending on the issues arising at the time or what you feel you need. I use a variety of versatile tools, processes and skills to address your fears and doubts, overcome your self-limiting beliefs and shift your mind-set.

For example, if you find that similar types of unwanted situations keep recurring in your life, such as attracting the same type romantic partners or employment situations despite having proactively taken steps to ensure it wouldn’t happen again, we’ll concentrate on shifting your perception in order to create a new outcome. Or if you are experiencing a lot of stress and your mind is constantly racing, a hands on healing process to ‘defrag’ your brain and create more ‘space’ in your mind would help to expand your consciousness and reduce your fears, anxiety and negative self-talk. Or if you find yourself stuck in an emotional rut, I can facilitate an emotional spring clean.

My approach is very practical. During our sessions together, I openly share examples of my struggles and the challenges I’ve personally encountered. I outline the steps I took and the processes I used to overcome difficult situations to help you resolve similar circumstances in your own life.

I also empower you to use and trust your intuition and to build a personal tool kit of simple and effective modalities that you can use on yourself (and those closest to you), so you aren’t relying on others to provide you with answers or spending valuable money on unnecessary practitioner services.

The methodologies I prescribe are practical and grounded in psychology, neuroscience, epigenetics, cellular biology and quantum physics. All the processes I offer clients are those that I’ve found to be the most effective and have personally used to change my life.

Quantitive analysis of the progress you are making

Although you might be able to feel the difference immediately following a hands on session with me, or have noticed a shift in your mindset and have begun to experience positive changes in your relationships and the way your life is unfolding due to the work we are doing together, I like to use scientific methods to demonstrate modality effectiveness, gauge your responsiveness to processes and verify the progress you are making as a result of the work. Doing so, helps you build faith and trust in the process, resulting in swifter progress and larger paradigm shifts in your day-to-day reality.

For those clients, who work with me in person, whether that be at my Brisbane clinic or when I’m on tour, I recommend scheduling an Assessment Session to establish the level of heart brain-coherence you are able to achieve and maintain, the quality of your energy field and the size and alignment of your seven primary chakras.

Our path defined

Even though our sessions together may deviate slightly in direction from time to time, to address any specific fears, issues or resistance that is arising because of the changes you are making in your life, ultimately the terrain we will cover includes the following stages:

  • The first and most crucial step is to discover who are at your very core and what is most meaningful to you. I’ll show you what questions to ask yourself and where to look in order to uncover the themes of your life purpose
  • Next, you’ll need to get really clear on what you’d like your life to look like. I’ll teach you how to create a vision for your life that not only expresses who you truly are, excites and inspires you, but most importantly feels tangible and real
  • Once you’ve mentally experienced the type of life you’d like to live, it’s time to begin to identify and eliminate the aspects of your life that no longer serve you, one-by-one. During this stage any emotions that you’ve suppressing, particularly fear and guilt, will begin to surface. I’ll help you to process and release your trapped emotions quickly and painlessly
  • When you’ve created some ‘space’, I’ll assist you to overcome any insecurities and feelings of doubt as you begin to customise your day-to-day life by filling it with elements that will emotionally uplift you, psychically energise you and bring you immense joy
  • To freely express yourself across all aspects of your life you will need to overcome your childhood programming and and traumatic events from your past. I’ll provide you with a highly effective four-pronged approach for overcoming your negative self-talk, emotional wounds, self-limiting beliefs and dysfunctional behavioural patterns
  • If your life is not flowing and you are consistently hitting road block after road block when pursuing your goals and dreams, you may find you are missing the warning signs, telling you not to go in a particular direction or that the timing isn’t quite right. I’ll reveal the ways in which life is constantly interacting with you, guiding and directing you all times and help you recognise and interpret the messages you are receiving so you can act on them
  • If you find that you are struggling to achieve your goals in life or are in the habit of worrying about the outcome of particular situations, it’s imperative that you stop trying to control your future. I’ll explain why trying to make things happen in your life only pushes them further away and provide you will effective techniques that will allow you to finally detach and let go, so that your deepest desires can begin to flow into your life

How I work and who I work with

My skills allow me to work remotely with clients, allowing me to help people from all over the world. In fact, some of the processes I use don’t require you to ‘attend’ the session. This means that when I perform the session you can carry on with your daily life – go work, make dinner, pick the kids up from school, play tennis or attend a concert. This makes it very convenient for those who can’t visit my clinic in person or for those who lead very busy lives. However, this does not mean that I can do all the work for you!

The processes I use and recommend are gentle but highly effective, however, working with me takes courage and trust. This work isn’t for everyone, especially the fainthearted. In order to be free to be yourself in every facet of your life, you’ll need to face and overcome your biggest fears. I only work with the bold and the brave. Those who are willing to take responsibility for the print out of their lives. Those who are ready and willing to do the work.

Although commitment to the work is essential if you want to experience a more joyous and fulfilling reality, I don’t believe in locking you into a program defined by a scheduled timeframe. Instead, I prefer to work more organically, allowing you to set your own pace and book a session when you require it. If you are eager to experience rapid results and would like to do more regular sessions, you can purchase a bundle of sessions, making our work together more cost effective.

Just wanted to say thank you so very much for your time and advice. I know my chakras are better aligned now, as I can feel it after applying all your advice.

Also, the process you recommended for releasing trapped emotions is proving to be an incredible healing tool. I actually can’t believe how much of myself has needed this help for so long. During my Personalised Guidance Session, Kylie Attwell introduced the Emotion Code – its simplicity but also its effectiveness are part of my own ‘health routine’, a quick method in self-healing and self-management. There have been quite a few situations over the past year – especially in relationships or work crises – where I get triggered into a familiar ‘funk’, and tempted to follow old patterns. Using the Emotion Code helps me ‘re-format’ that reaction. I use it particularly when the feeling I have is very strong. On the other end of it I feel ‘gathered’ – and at peace – better able to make decisions that are right for the situation.
