It was Gregg Braden who taught me about the power of the human heart and the role our feelings play in manifesting our deepest desires (or our worst fears).  He also introduced me to the innovative bio-feedback technology called Inner Balance, developed by the Institute of HeartMath, that measures the quality of your heart rhythm and the level of your heart-centred state of being, known as heart-brain coherence.

Here is a little video of a 40ft interactive light and sound sculpture called ILUMINA that was powered by participant’s collective heart coherence, using HeartMath technology, at 2017 Burning Man festival.  Amazing!
